means that everything you need to do on the outside of the house gets done in the next few days or languishes untill spring. I'm expecting the neighborhood to be whirring with leaf blowers, last minute painting projects, and people covering things up for the season. Seize the day!
PS My snow blower is already gassed up, clean, ready, and pointed out the garage door should the occasion arise.

I was outside raking leaves in my yard today for almost an hour, and I intend to spend about an hour raking leaves for the next several days -- weather permitting -- until early December.
ReplyDeleteWhat I don't get to rake this fall -- because of snow or cold -- I will finish in late March or early April. This usually results in about one-fourth of the leaves being left to rake in the spring. This division of raking leaves allows me to get some outdoor exercise in late fall and early spring.
We had 90+ and will be in the 80's this week. My sunscreen is gassed up and ready to go. :)
